ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER



The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and CRICKET-fashion.com shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay in stock updates or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.


DELIVERY


We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by DHL for a speedy delivery. Minimum delivery charges are £10 per UK delivery address, £25 per EU delivery address and £35 per non-EU delivery address.

UK orders, placed before 3pm (GMT), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the next business day during working hours, or the next possible business day for those orders placed thereafter. Please not that some remote locations within the UK may take up to 3 working days.

Overseas orders placed before 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day or the next possible business day for those orders placed thereafter.  Please note that this does not include any time taken for customs clearance in countries where goods are subject to local taxes and duties, payable by the customer. Please refer to ‘Taxes and Duties’.

Shipments to most parts of Europe will be delivered within 2-3 working days, whilst International shipments can take up to 7 working days.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Should you wish to track your parcel, please enter your tracking number on the DHL website (www.dhl.com) under ‘Express Option’.

For your security, all first-time orders with CRICKET-fashion.com must be delivered to the cardholder's billing address. Customers may also br subject to standard fraud prevention checks. Faliure to pass these checks will result in cancellation of your order.

All shipments require a signature on delivery. If there is no-one available to recieve the pacel, a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. If you choose to pick up your parcel from the delivery depo, photographic ID and a signature from the recipient of the parcel is required.


Orders dispatched are subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.

In order to make this process as fast as possible, please make sure that you supply all relevant contact details including an email address and phone number that you can be contacted on immediately if need be. 

 

 VAT


If you are in the UK or EU and are shipping to the UK or EU, prices are shown inclusive of VAT (at the current rate).

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please see below. 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. You will be made aware of this at the point of purchase, before any payments are made and your permission to continue will be taken as your agreement to accept any additional duties and customs charges applicable. Customs policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Clearance processes and duty collection vary depending on the country and the amount of duties applicable. This may delay your delivery, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Duty payment may need to be confirmed and paid before clearance of the goods/ or pay in cash on delivery of the duties when the courier delivers/ or an invoice will be received by post after the goods are delivered.

Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by CRICKET-fashion.com to you.

Local duties and taxes are non-refundable, should you wish to return an item.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged. To return an item, you must contact customer services within 7 days of receipt of the goods to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items must be returned to CRICKET-fashion.com, in their original unworn, undamaged state with all of the original security tags attached, in the original packaging together with any promotional gifts received as part of the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All returns must be clearly marked on the outer packaging and on the original invoice as ‘UK returned goods, returned item not required’ together with your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
  Failure to do so may result in any returned items from outside of the UK incurring additional taxes and duties on import to the UK, which will be the your responsibility to pay. This may delay your refund, credit or exchange. We cannot process any returns or exchanges with taxes and duties outstanding and reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund. Please note that for more than one exchange (UK only) and for all exchanges outside of the UK, you are required to pay shipping costs for the delivery of the exchanged item.

All items must be returned with their original receipt with the Returns Authorisation Number (RNA) clearly displayed in order for us to issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and does not include any shipping or handling costs

CRICKET-fashion.com will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of CRICKET-fashion.com and can only be refunded with a ‘credit note' which can be used online.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Lingerie and swimwear items purchased online will be returned or exchanged within 14 days by the discretion of the management team. Briefs, bikini bottoms and swimming costumes must be tried on over underwear, without removing the adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed.

Please be aware that shoes must be returned unworn in their original designer box. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you wish to keep them. Shoes returned without their original boxes and/or dust bags or with marked soles will not be accepted.

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Card refunds may take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete.

It is advisable to send all returned items by DHL. Any returned items must be insured for the full amount of the sum paid and signed for on delivery. Please keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

CANCELLATION

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, providing you give us written notice within 7 working days of receipt.
On receipt of your written notification, our Customer Services will email you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items must be returned to CRICKET-fashion.com, in their original unworn, undamaged state with all of the original security tags attached, in the original packaging together with any promotional gifts received as part of the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, American Express, Amazon Checkout and Paypal. You may also place your order  by card or Wire Transfer by calling our customer services team on 0843 509 4550 (UK), +44 151 227 5370 (International) Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm. Please note that all orders placed offline will only be shipped to the card’s registered billing address at this time.

The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address. Customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.


If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
