RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY


Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged. To return an item, you must contact customer services within 7 days of receipt of the goods to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items must be returned to CRICKET-fashion.com, in their original unworn, undamaged state with all of the original security tags attached, in the original packaging together with any promotional gifts received as part of the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All returns must be clearly marked on the outer packaging and on the original invoice as ‘UK returned goods, returned item not required’ together with your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).  Failure to do so may result in any returned items from outside of the UK incurring additional taxes and duties on import to the UK, which will be the your responsibility to pay. This may delay your refund, credit or exchange. We cannot process any returns or exchanges with taxes and duties outstanding and reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund.

All items must be returned with their original receipt with the Returns Authorisation Number (RNA) clearly displayed in order for us to issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and does not include any shipping or handling costs

CRICKET-fashion.com will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of CRICKET-fashion.com and can only be refunded with a ‘credit note' which can be used online.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Lingerie and swimwear items purchased online will be returned or exchanged within 14 days by the discretion of the management team. Briefs, bikini bottoms and swimming costumes must be tried on over underwear, without removing the adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed.

Please be aware that shoes must be returned unworn in their original designer box. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you wish to keep them. Shoes returned without their original boxes and/or dust bags or with marked soles will not be accepted.

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Card refunds may take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete.

It is advisable to send all returned items by DHL. Any returned items must be insured for the full amount of the sum paid and signed for on delivery. Please keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Same as above except that we request that all sale items are returned within 7 days of the date you received your order.
